For the second consecutive year, we have earned Great Place To Work’s certification. In addition, on March 13, we attended the award gala for the ranking of Best Workplaces in Argentina, where we were featured as one of the top 25 companies in our category.
The 23rd edition of Argentina’s premier event on workplace culture and organizational climate was hosted at the Hilton Hotel in Puerto Madero. Each year, this gathering brings together the 70 companies that have ranked among the Best Workplaces in Argentina, and it highlights emerging workplace trends and recognizes organizations that have successfully adapted and created positive experiences for their teams.
“Since day one at Flux IT, we have strived to create an environment that is safe, fosters learning, and encourages growth. This recognition fuels our commitment to being a people-centered organization, where everyone can thrive and develop.”
Santiago Urrizola, Flux IT’s CEO

The Fluxer Life as a Space for Growth and Development
Care and flexibility are two fundamental pillars of the fluxer culture, which inspire us to continuously seek harmony between our professional and personal life.
Over the years, we have designed a set of policies and benefits aligned with this vision, which are specifically aimed at making a positive impact on the daily lives of our employees and their families. These include maternity and paternity soft landing, an annual medical check-up day off, extended vacation time, a day off to celebrate the birthday of each little family member, and even pet care leave and advisory services.
“Some time ago, we also introduced Work from Anywhere, a benefit that allows our team to work from anywhere in the world while exploring, traveling, and continuing to develop their career.”
Miguel Chalar, Head of People at Flux IT
Additionally, we have developed a program called First Job, an initiative designed to help junior talent with growth potential start their professional journey in the industry, while offering strong mentorship and support from experienced fluxers. This program aims to ensure the development of technical, interpersonal and professional skills.
“Our ‘First Job’ program is an in-house academy focused on learning the most in-demand technologies and acquiring the skills and best practices that accelerate young professionals’ entry into the workforce. We follow the 70-20-10 learning model: 70% of the knowledge is gained through hands-on experience in the role, 20% through mentorship, networking, and practice communities, and 10% through traditional theoretical training.”
Miguel Chalar, Head of People at Flux IT
The individuals participating in this program are integrated into work squads with real assignments, guided by mentors with strong technical know-how and key competencies to navigate through professional challenges.

Moreover, we uphold diversity as a fundamental pillar of our organizational culture through a program called “SOY”, which is based on the concept of an “inhabitable organization” and aims to create a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workspace that respects individuality and embraces the authenticity of every person in our company.
Looking ahead to 2030, we anticipate meaningful business growth, all while upholding our culture as a core pillar. Sustainable development is not just about expansion but also about fostering an environment where people can grow, innovate, and bring their talent to the table while feeling fulfilled by it. In this process, we will continue to develop new initiatives to ensure that our company’s evolution aligns with the well-being and experience of our team members.
“We are a company that is expanding into new markets and growing at an annual rate of 50%. This creates many opportunities, and with that in mind, our focus remains on nurturing internal growth. Our commitment is to provide the necessary tools and processes to ensure all employees can access these opportunities.”
Santiago Urrizola, CEO of Flux IT
