This year, we participated in the employee experience survey of Great Place to Work® which measures the culture of organizations, and, for another year, we have obtained the Certification™ that places us within the ranking of Argentina’s best workplaces. The survey revealed that 90% of the participants consider Flux IT a great place to work. This highlights the value of our culture and places us 5 percentage points above the national average for companies with over 250 employees—and it is even an improvement over our own 2023 score.
The evaluation process of Great Place to Work® consists of a confidential survey in which every participant assesses Flux IT based on their personal experiences regarding 5 dimensions: fairness, credibility, respect, pride, and camaraderie. This year, we have improved our performance across every dimension, showcasing that the experience of those in our community is both valued and continually improving year after year.
This survey allows us to understand and quantify the fluxers’ perception of all these dimensions, so that we can identify our main strengths, as well as new growth opportunities, with a constant focus on strengthening our culture.
Camaraderie & Engagement
Part of the survey evaluates the quality of interpersonal relationships, hospitality, and the sense of belonging within the organization. Just like in 2023, this remains one of the most highly praised dimensions at Flux IT.
The survey revealed that 94% of the participants have a positive perception of the sense of community and camaraderie at Flux IT, thus signaling a 3-point improvement from 2023. Moreover, 97% of respondents feel they can be their authentic selves and that they can always count on their teammates for collaboration. Meanwhile, 93% of the surveyed fluxers shared that they have felt supported right from the start at Flux IT and that the community itself fosters a culture of mutual care in professional learning, growth, and performance. This is crucial for building collective knowledge and teamwork, thus enabling us to grow professionally and meet our clients’ needs in the best way possible.
At the same time, 90% of our community agrees that Flux IT is a fun place to work, where hospitality is present in all teams.
Leadership & Respect
To grow at a professional level, people choose workplaces that respect their unique qualities and personal preferences. At Flux IT, the support, care, and treatment they receive from their leaders stand out, just like last year. The flexibility, closeness, and trust between fluxers and their leaders is highly valued, with 90% positive feedback. Additionally, 94% of the fluxer community believes that leadership continuously fosters a healthy work-life balance, and 92% consider this a psychologically and emotionally healthy place to work and grow.
This strengthens our internal connections and our interactions with clients when providing solutions, thus driving solid performance.
Pride & Team Spirit
Today, people do not seek jobs that merely act as income sources; they seek places where they feel connected, fulfilled, and where they can contribute to the organization’s purpose. In this light, 93% of our community takes pride in working at Flux IT and in the successes achieved as a team and as an organization. As a result, 93% would recommend Flux IT to their friends and family as a great place to work, and 90% also express that they genuinely enjoy working here.
Credibility & Fairness
Feedback around this topic shows that people at Flux IT feel treated equitably, regardless of their position, race, gender, sexual orientation, or age (98%). Additionally, leadership and management teams are recognized (90%) for their honest actions, active listening, and fair treatment towards their team members.
