We keep strengthening our corporate strategy for our clients in Latin America and the rest of the world. In this regard, we’ve added two new key roles in Flux IT’s organizational structure.

Facundo Clarat has recently joined Flux IT as Head of Technology. He is completing his degree in Computer Engineering (Universidad Abierta Interamericana) and he has 16 years of professional experience in the IT sector, working with global-scale products. Previously, he was an Engineering Manager in a product design cell for email marketing, and Team Director in the Innovation & Development area in the government sector.

Pablo Marquevichi has joined Flux IT as Head of Experience Design. He holds a master’s degree in Creative Writing (Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero) and he has a bachelor’s degree in Digital & Interactive Communication (Universidad Católica Argentina). His professional background includes audiovisual production, market research, and advertising. He has wide experience in Experience Design, having worked as a consultant for many industries.  He is currently a User  Experience Design teacher at Universidad Católica Argentina.

Through their new roles, both will work to explore and apply the last technology innovation and XD practices, to keep adding value to each of our client’s digital strategies and to guide their digital transformation processes, as well as their teams’ professional growth.
