The Challenge
Relocation Insurance Group needed to integrate their insurance offering into its partners’ logistics systems, to enable seamless policy issuance, quoting and lead management. This integration aimed to modernize their commercial system to boost business growth and complexity.
The Solution
We designed and developed an API that automates communication across partner network, enabling quoting, coverage requests, and policy issuance directly within third-party systems, embedding insurance seamlessly into the relocation booking flow. We also migrated its CRM to Salesforce, gathering client, policy and operations management, all in one place.
The Outcome
We built an infrastructure that powered its B2B network, while the new architecture also scaled partner-driven distribution, optimized commercial management and laid the foundation for a digital model ready to scale in volume and complexity.
