In July, Gabriel Grifasi and Santiago Urrizola, Head of Sales and CEO of Flux IT respectively, traveled to Lima, Peru, to strengthen relationships with representatives from leading companies in the local financial industry, such as Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito DILE, Santander Perú, Banco de Crédito (BCP), and Caja Piura.
During their time in the Peruvian capital, they hosted a breakfast organized with Iupana, a renowned specialized media for digital banking, fintech, and payment solutions in Latin America. The event was held at the Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center, where our ambassadors joined industry C-level executives to discuss the use of artificial intelligence in the sector, embedded finance, and the challenges and opportunities of new digital trends in banking services.
“The meeting gave us the chance to interact closely with project leaders that drive the digital transformation of the Peruvian banking ecosystem. Through this discussion, we were able to identify the challenges faced by different companies, detect latent opportunities, and share our experience, knowledge, and success stories from Argentina that can foster the progress of the Peruvian market.”
Gabriel Grifasi, Head of Sales
Additionally, our ambassadors met with local journalists to talk about the opportunities the Peruvian market has to offer in relation to digital evolution and held individual sessions with business leaders to understand their challenges and explore potential solutions.
Flux IT is currently collaborating on the growth of companies in the sector across several countries in the region, thus implementing new technologies, seeking to take part in the development of new products and services, fostering innovation, and expanding access to financial services; as well as automating and streamlining internal processes with AI that range from customer service to fraud detection and risk management.
In this context, we recognize that the growing digitalization of Peruvian banking industry and the demand for customized services provide a very timely scenario to expand the use of financial services into new segments and regions of the country, By leveraging advanced technological solutions, we can help transform the banking landscape in Peru and pave the way toward open banking.
“We are very excited to be able to bring solutions that we have already implemented in our region to a market like Peru, since we believe that they can have a highly positive impact on it.”
Gabriel Grifasi, Head of Sales
We want to thank each person and company that participated in these meetings and shared their experiences, concerns, and learnings with our ambassadors.
